The hotel had an excellent location, close to the water taxi and cruise terminal. Additionally, it was situated within walking distance to Broward Convention Center and had a few great eateries nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff was top-notch, especially considering the busy cruise ship arrival day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower was amazing.
For us, it was ideal.

Great location, close to downtown with easy access to the metro. Free parking available in the hotel backyard. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good variety of options.
The instructions for accessing the Sky TV in the room were not clear. The heating in the room could only be changed remotely, difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us - situated in a quiet residential area, yet still close to downtown. We were able to easily explore the city thanks to the nearby metro station. Plus, there was a fantastic restaurant called "Ristorante di Mare" just a short walk away, which we highly recommend trying.
In short, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families.
